SAve our youth
I created an animation about opioid addiction awareness among the youth in America. Originally I created a poster titled Save Our Youth which illustrates a young black male guzzling Xanax. The young male represents the youth but more importantly tells a story of its own. The person depicted is a good friend of mine who lost his older brother to an overdose, and started to go down the same road. But in time he beat his addiction. I wanted to share his story because it relates to so many who are afraid to speak about it.
